Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not been processed or shipped yet.

Once the order has been shipped, then you cannot cancel it. Then you can send it back after you get it, according to our return policy.

Refund Policy

We will refund only when the order is in accordance with the following rules:

* The product should be unopened, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

* Within 7 days of delivery, you have to demand a refund.

Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 business days to the payment method you used.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the product is returned due to our fault (such as the incorrect or damaged product).

Exchange Policy

We are able to swap products in case of size issues or when the product is faulty.

In case of a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number and product photos.

Non-Refundable Items
